Hello Beautiful Souls!

Happy Autumn! Here in the Northeastern United States, cooler nights are back, and leaves are starting to change color. A new season is upon us.

In this season of beauty and change, I am delighted to announce in-person appointments at my new studio space in downtown Exeter, NH. Private parking, a lovely space, and being surrounded by wellness colleagues make this something special.

Going forward, you will also see my website get a refresh, a Monthly Word re-emergence, new Substack material, and more.

For those clients who don’t live nearby and whom I haven’t seen in a while, Zoom sessions are still available- no worries.
